Digital (the IT department) of UC Absalon includes a Helpdesk, where you are able to receive help with IT-technical issues.
Digital support is able to help with technical issues regarding the Absalon IT systems. However, Digital cannot help with issues regarding your private computer/programmes.

- Campus Kalundborg: Wednesday even weeks
- Campus Slagelse: Wednesday odd weeks
- Campus Ankerhus: Wednesday odd weeks
- Campus Næstved Wednesday even weeks
- Campus Roskilde: Wednesday every week
- Campus Nykøbing: Wednesday even weeks
- Campus Vordingborg: Monday odd weeks

If you have your own Twitter account, you can follow the running performance and receive information if there are any problems with the systems.
